Making Rainbows out of Watermelon!

Susan Weinroth here today to share a couple of cards that I whipped up with the adorable new Fruit Basket Shaker Kit.

The first card that I created was a fun take on the Fruit Basket Kit - not focusing at all on the "fruit" theme...

I used the "rind" part of the watermelon die cut to create a rainbow feature for my card.  The negative (inside) part of the rind die-cut makes a perfect rainbow!

I then flipped the strawberry die cut over to create a cute heart shaped cloud for my rainbow.  An upside down apple cut is layered behind the cloud.

For my second card, I used the strawberry die cut in a more traditional sense, and created a cute strawberry shaker!

I filled it with diamonds and mini strawberries and tucked my stamped sentiment under the strawberry stem.
