Kim here with an idea for a layout using your Windows Shaped Shaker Kit. The great thing about geometric dies is they can be used for decoration as well as actual shakers. I used a combination of techniques on this page....take a look.
Keeping the layered die cut shapes to the bottom 2/3rd of the page, leaves the top 3rd for my photo & sentiment.
A selection of pretty patterned papers topped with white windows & punched butterflies make for the most amazing patterned band at the bottom of the page. Pastel fillers add lovely texture & dimension without compromising the design.
A bouquet of some of the amazing new Queen & Company flowers anchor the photograph & add gorgeous color.
A stamped sentiment on a pennant shape and layered together with a piece of patterned paper becomes a lovely anchor at the top of the page.
Ok...so there is one last thing... a few rows of sparkle on the bottom of the page; Sparkle Ric Rac & Sparkle String...perfect!! The page is pretty & perfect to capture the sweet moment of my children when they were small.
